Look for M&E PM

Key responsibilities: - To manage and/or support ELV proposal, design drawing & shop drawing independently in light of international and local standard　 - According to owner’s demand, to support and to monitor the design process and to ensure that M&E design is accurately produced and delivered on time - To check the drawings from third party and LDI whether is in compliance with owner’s requirement or not - To highlight immediately of problems that may adversely affect the project progress, permits and budget, and report owner to be approved accordingly - To chair design & construction consultant meeting regularly to clarify & resolve all M&E matters - To update M&E Design Standard and support changes of design and/or shop drawings accordingly - Job knowledge skills and experience: - Bachelor Degree in Automation, Computer, Communication or Heating Ventilation & Air Condition (HVAC) Engineering - 5 years experience in related field out of China, or at least 8 years experience in local foreign company, such as Honeywell, SIEMENS background etc. - Good command of English and PC skill, especially expert at AutoCAD skills, we prefer to choose someone who’s mother tongue is English - Willing to travel and work under pressure - Able to handle project independently & good at team management We’d like to provide basic taxable income RMB 200,000 annually for outstanding person E-mail: hr@lansynstar.net.cn
